Product description

SUBSTRATE HARDENER / ADHESION PROMOTER

Improves and strengthens weak and powdery substrates
Protects iron and steel against rust, fixes loose rust particles
Adhesion primer for concrete repair
Mixing ratio 1:1
2-component epoxy primer
High penetration into porous substrates
Strengthens weak substrates by impregnation
Fixes powdery surfaces
Neutralises rust
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use

Instructions

Preparation: Minimum application temperature: +5°C
Apply to clean, completely dry substrates
After mixing, processable for +/- 30 minutes at temperatures of +20°C. At high temperatures, the components can be cooled for longer processing time
Pour the hardener (component B, plastic bottle) completely with the resin (Component A, can), or use the supplied measuring cup for a 1 to 1 mixing ratio
Mix thoroughly until both components are completely mixed
Processing: After mixing, apply immediately with a brush or roller
On highly absorbent substrates: apply a second layer after +/- 1 hour or longer
Tec7 adhesives and sealants can be applied wet-on-wet to Poxy Primer
After application protect against moisture and rain for 24 hours
Can be walked on and dust dry after +/- 12 hours at +20°C. Chemically chargeable after 7 days at +20°C
Clean tools with Spray & PUR Cleaner
Paintable with most lacquers and paints
Consumption: Depending on the porosity of the substrate:
First coat: 150 - 300 ml/m²
Second coat: 250 ml/m²
